This site offers middle school students a hands-on math and architecture lesson through an activity that asks students to draw a scale model of their classroom. Students start with a sketch of their classroom and follow the steps to a final scale model on the computer. Students and teachers can find other "archi-tivities" on the site, as well as math resources and a gallery of student work. The math activities conform to New York's state standards.
